Monday Bridge Walk (3 miles) Tuesday West Hills Walk Wednesday OFF Thursday Taught Round 16 Friday Bridge Walk (3 miles) Saturday Taught Round 16 I've been getting into cooking lately and I've been eating pretty healthy. Beets were the new item of last week, and today I picked up a Dovian (sp?) Radish, this big root looking thingy that is beige and supposedly tastes like a mild radish. I love radishes, so this huge thing was a bargain. This week's plan:Mon: Yoga for Inflexible People: Hip Opener Series (60)Tues: Spin class at the gymWed: Turbo Kick R27 and 24 Tease (strip tease aerobics) at gymThurs: Firm: Upper Body SplitFriday: Yoga of some sortSat: Teach R16Sun: Teach 16Hope everyone has a great
