Guest guest
I've been walking on my treadmill for cardio days, and I jog the 9 and 10 intensity levels (at full incline, speed increases every couple of weeks). On my weight days, I've been trying to walk on the treadmill (1/2 incline, moderate speed) for about 35-40 minutes, to burn off about 250 calories (I think) - because my days are so inactive. I've also been doing some treadmill on freedays - also because my weekdays are so sedentary. Today, on my freeday, I decided to try jogging on the treadmill. I aimed for 5 minutes, and 1/2 incline, relatively low speed. But I was ok so I kept going. I stopped at 1 mile - because of other time committments - but I could have continued! I was amazed. I never thought I could jog for longer than a minute! Live and learn. Pays to challenge yourself and set new mini-goals. n T C1-W11-D7
