Guest guest Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 Hi , You should definately try some of 's cardio workouts - she really puts alot into them with her arm movements and full range of motion. Her later ones are better, IMHO, b/c as you pointed out, her personality began to shine through - in her older workouts she was sort of " wooden. " I like her Energy Sprint though -which is an older one. It is a good step interval workout that helps build you up to doing Cathe's IMAXes! The scary tree is the running theme between me and Carolyn - she and I always comment on it! LOL!
