Just started yesterday and I read that its better to do your workouts first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Is that right? I did my upper yesterday and aerobics today and I couldn't finish them because I had no energy. I'd say I'm in pretty good shape and worked out up until about 2 months ago but I've never felt this drained. Do you guys tend to work out " empty " ?
