Guest guest
Most of my eating on Sunday is just snacking at home - I go crazy, particularly in the late afternoon/evening. I think it is something about dreading the end of the weekend and the start of the upcoming week. On Sat/Sun we may or may not go out - we'll just have a larger than normal dinner on Sat. And, for some reason I just get it into my head that it is the weekend and I should treat myself so all the stuff that is stuff I avoid during the week calls my name very loudly! I agree you do need to treat yourself occassionally. What I'd like to do is: Enjoy my Friday night dinner/wine Enjoy my Sat night dinner/wine/dessert Enjoy one treat on Sunday That would only be 2 heavier than usual meals and one treat - I think that would be okay, wouldn't it? I do need to be more careful during the week sometimes, too. I'm about an inch shorter than you - I'm a wee bit under 5'6 " Take care, you're doing great with your weight, too!
