Theresa,

Sorry, I'm behind in responding. What you are saying here is what we

have experienced. Until the most recent aa urine we'd not been seeing

a read out for ammonia-it was apparent though with intermittent

hyperventilation. I've tried AKG with no success. I've been stimied

on the b's for a couple of years as she has been so much better

without supplementation of any. I was blaming the choline/serine

intolerance on soy intolerance. This past year I'v been supp choline

with an egg yolk supp. It has not seemed to make much difference.

Aspartate and glutamate levels in plasma/urine are low. In the past I

had used a mineral supp that was aspartic bound and it caused much

distress! Calcium has been wnl in plasma and cellular rbc and

magnesium on the high side. That said, things come back recommending

more magnesium. A recent start of a calcium/sodium channel blocker

for seizure control[father's insistance as he refuses to honor strict

gfcfsf for this] has her a bit on the manic side. The bacterial thing

makes sooooo much sense to me. I can recall begging for treatment

when she was little and I felt she was ill. She was always better the

few times I could get her on something. She never ran fevers as a

youngster - only fever in 21 years was the initial start of chelation

when she was 16. Then last spring when she was on ldn for Dr. McC's

study, she had 4-5 episodes of low grade fever. I've had a few crp's

run on my own the past several winters when I thought she was ill.

Always elevated. When repeated in 4-6 weeks, they are normal-lab

error is all I hear. She's been a responder to lod. I'll try to lower

protein as she does eat high fat/protein. I haven't read any of

Yasko's so I guess I'd better do so. Thank you,
