Guest guest Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 Hi, Cathe's rotation called for 30 minute intervals on the treadmill and the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max. well, of course I don't have a treadmill and I couldn't go running outside so I chose Kick, Punch & Crunch Cardio Conditioning Premix then did the leg conditioning drills from KM. This was a nice combo. My HR stayed in the zone pretty much through the leg drills. I burned 377 calories and was in my zone 39 minutes of the 55 minute workout, so not too bad.
