Wed evening Kick, Punch & Crunch Premix

Hi,

Cathe's rotation called for 30 minute intervals on the treadmill and the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max. well, of course I don't have a treadmill and I couldn't go running outside so I chose Kick, Punch & Crunch Cardio Conditioning Premix then did the leg conditioning drills from KM.

This was a nice combo. My HR stayed in the zone pretty much through the leg drills. I burned 377 calories and was in my zone 39 minutes of the 55 minute workout, so not too bad.
