use to have both the Hare and the Tortoise, but sold them. I wish I had at least one of them back now.

Hi Everyone,

Stuck with the " plan " and did Hare this morning. I'm

seriously sore from Tortoise. Pretty much all over -

except for abs - mostly it is in my lower body,

though. I stuck with the recovery " theme " of Hare and

use very light or no weights. This one alternates

" ballroom " step aerboics with FIRM 4-Limb moves -

Tracie also sneaks in two sets of leg presses - I did

on set with no weights and one set with lighter

weights. After the cardio/sculpting portion it is all

floorwork for hips/thighs/butt and abs. I used ankle

weights - 2lbs, maybe less. I can't remember. I

guess it is a good sign that I don't find the ab

workouts are hard anymore - I guess all the ball work

and other core stabilization work I've done has

helped. I remember when I first did these of dying

through the ab work.

Tomorrow I'm leaning towards doing cardio and

Pilates/Yoga. I think I may have been too ambitious

with my plan to do Tough Tape this week, also. I may

scale back and just plan to get the original Strong

Bear and Fast Cheetah in this week. We'll see,

though. I can add Tough Tape on next week if the mood

strikes me.

I'm thinking for tomorrow of breaking out one of the

new Shape workouts and doing the cardio workout plus

an add on of either Shape Pilates or one of the YBB

Masters workouts that I picked up.

Hope everyone has a great day! :)

Donna
