Hi ,

No, I didn't - I stayed up too late - it was 10:30 or

11 when I went to bed and I just couldn't do it!! I

lucked out though b/c my DD slept until almost 7 (of

course, teh reason she slept so late is probably b/c

she is getting sick - she has the cough that I have

had and DH has had). I really am thinking about

trying for 4 a.m. (I know it sounds awful!) but maybe

my a.m. will be less hectic plus I'll get some quiet

time. I don't think I am naturally a morning person,

so I'm really slow in the morning and that makes me

late for everything! I'll see how it goes. Maybe

I'll just plan to get up extra early when I have a new

workout to do that requires more concentration

(therefore less interruptions) than a familiar

workout. Something to think about!
