In defense of theo I'll say that the iron article while not from the

most reputable of sources was well-referenced, logically written, and seemed to

summarize the mainstream case against iron decently. While from a bodybuilding

site, there have been other things from bodybuilding sites posted on here,

and they aren't always bad.

If it was his intention to present that as a piece of " respected " evidence we

were flying in the face of, that would be very silly, but I didn't perceive

him as doing such. I perceived him as simply asking for comments about it.

So I don't think it would be fair to " flame " or " attack " him. However, I

also don't think anyone did. A little while on this list will reveal everyone

has a different character, some naturally more facecious than others, which is

not necessarily an indication of rudeness or meanness or unfriendliness in any

way.
