Any workout with Traci Long is a good one (JMO)

I have some major DOMS going on today. My calves are really sore from that little "calve medley" I did (what a surprise) and this morning my biceps are screaming at me from PUB yesterday. I love it!

Hi, Whoever posted the quit smoking best book ever

could you post it again, I accidentally deleted the

info. I have been tryin to get my DH to stop smoking

for years & I am hoping this book will help him.
