Hey Nancey or any other WW's out there:

I would be interested in hearing more about the Weight Watchers

program.

Is is easy to do??

Is is working for you?

Would you recommend it for someone who has about 15 - 20 pounds to lose?

I am not sure I would be " into " weekly meetings. Do you think the

program would still work if I joined, got the materials, went to a few

meetings and then quit the meetings and just did it on my own??

Would be interested in any thoughts you might have. I think I need some

help in determining " how much " food I need to eat and assistance making

better food choices. I have heard some good things about WWs.
