Is is easy to do?? Is is working for you? Would you recommend it for someone who has about 15 - 20 pounds to lose? I am not sure I would be " into " weekly meetings. Do you think the program would still work if I joined, got the materials, went to a few meetings and then quit the meetings and just did it on my own?? Would be interested in any thoughts you might have. I think I need some help in determining " how much " food I need to eat and assistance making better food choices.
