Guest guest Posted November 20, 2005 Report Share Posted November 20, 2005 I didn't think it would happen so soon, but I've finally added weight to my Reverse Hyper-extensions, and the hanging Leg/Hip Raises are getting easier. Initially I could barely perform 2 of these exercises in correct form. I'm focusing more on exercises that provide the most difficulty with the least amount of weight, rather than the opposite. I see greater progress this way. The body is amazing!! I'm sending everyone energetic and positive thoughts, and hope that you all continue to feel empowered and strong - it's pretty damn sexy.
