Donna, GET THAT REBOUNDER BEFORE IT'S GONE!Also, I think you would really like Budokon. I'd get the weight loss kit, which apparently has the Budokon for Beginners workout included under another name. I haven't done the weight loss kit titles yet, but really liked BFB. What's cool about it are the true martial arts moves - this isn't Turbo Jam or Tae Bo; it's the real thing!HiYa!lauraDonna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: Hi, Had some errands to do today and ended up at

Target. I somehow did not buy anything fitness related (i'm worried about me!)! However, here's the scoop on what I did see (note, this particular Target does not have a huge fitness section - in fact - this one used to have a great Fitness DVD section, but they got rid of it - now they just put them out around New Year's - other than the Gaiam and equipment stuff that they always have in the sport's section). Here's what I spotted: DVDs & Kits: The Women's Health workouts (wedding and body type) - believe they were $14.95 each; Prevention's new one (drop it in 30??) with Freytag - I think around $12.95 - (this one mildly tempted me, but then I got to thinking that it is probably like the Personal Training DVD that I already have!) 10 Min Solution Stability Ball - boxed in a "kit" containing a stability ball 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Pilates (I believe

it came with a pedometer)- they also may have had the Dance workout - but these were all full price - so $14.95 - Ross has them for $7.99 Austin's walking workout A kit from Sansone containing hand weights, a band, and some walking workouts FIRM - Resistance Cord and Medicine Ball Kits ($14.95 each - I was mildly tempted, particularly by the Ball kit I figure that the price is good for even the ball alone- I also think they have included an extra DVD in these kits - one is the cardio workout with Kay from the BSS1 add on and the other is the recent fat burning workout - I can't remember which kit had which "bonus" DVD though. Winsor Pilates - I believe it was the first series NYC Ballet Workout 's Bootcamp Elite (I think it was $39 - a little tempted here, but I don't use the first bootcamp series all that much!) Yoga Booty Ballet -

appears to be the first kit - I can't remember the price, though. They had the usual Gaiam kits - Rodney Yee Yoga, Budokon (still curious about that one!), Pilates, etc. I'm a little interested in Rodney's yoga ball workout (it uses small mini-balls...like Voight's Green Genies...) Also one of those foam rollers -which reminded me that I want the new Voight DVDs that use it - but I think they're kinda pricey and only available at Collage. TransFIRMer Kit Cathe's Kit (w/ the home size step, ball, etc.) The FIRM Fanny Lifter Kit BOSU! (Had to mention it, I think the price is the same!) And, ta da - the rebounder I"ve been drooling over which seems to have been marked down by $20! I'm going back in the next few days to get it!!! That's all I can recall for now - I may stop in at another Target (with a better fitness selection) to see if they

have anything different. I'm really wanting the new SHAPE workouts, they sound good! Oh, I returned my defective DVD to Borders today, and guess what - the replacement one is also defective. I'm going to give it one more try and return/replace at a different Borders. If that doesn't work, I think I'll order it from Amazon and ask for a store credit or refund from Borders. GRRR!! Hope everyone has a nice evening! Donna __________________________________________________
