Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 I bought a 12 lb body bar to use with Spreen's " Progressive Strength " workout. However, i felt so awkward doing the workout that I'm wondering if a 9 lb bar would have been a better choice - or if it would make much difference. Considering that I'm usually working with five lb hand weights I thought the 12 lb bar would be easy. Does anyone have any experience with body bars?
