Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 Hi, This evening I did Cardio Kicks, one of my favorite workouts. I did the entire workout (including warm up) with my weighted gloves, this made a huge difference. The last few times I've not used my gloves until I got to the power intensity drills, but I was feeling strong this evening so I decided to. I was only in my zone 32 minutes of the hour long workout so I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or not. I'm looking forward to some sort of rotation for January. This month I've pretty much just picked whatever I felt like. I really don't like doing that, I like having a set workout ready for me each day so I don't have to think about what I want to do. This month was supposed to be Cathe's new workouts, but using all premixes. I ended up getting really burnt out so that's why I ended up just doing whatever each day. As usual I'll see what Cathe posts for January and go from there. Anyone have your workout plans for January yet? I'm off to watch TV for a while and then to bed.
