Thursday's workout - YBB

Today was another recovery week workout. I did Yoga Booty Ballet Advanced workout followed by YBB Abs part one. It's a nice combination of 20 minutes dance, 20 minutes ballet, 15 minutes Hatha yoga and 10 minutes of guided relaxation yoga. I added the ab work to get more core work in. Lots of fun and I can feel the work in my legs and core.
