But if you sleep eight hours, then that puts you up to 24 hours by the time

you start eating. You'd have to keep moving your meals back by a couple of

hours each day. I just chalked it up to bad math.

---->there is a pie chart on the WD website that shows the fasting period to

be 20 hours and the feasting period to be 4 hours. it seems like most of us

who have posted our eating schedules fit within these parameters.
