Guest guest
Hi Everyone, My meditation was going badly today (for what it's worth, meditation can be said to organized and discipline the brain waves as exercise does the muscles and ligaments of the body)...So I decided to give my reviews of Kathy 's latest DVDs. Kathy's "Power Walk for Weight Loss (Matrix Method)" is a real winner. Great background scenery (the background scenery looks like its the California desert.), good choreogaphy and apparently agreeable exercisers. I really enjoyed doing this workout. It is an intermediate/advanced workout and if you're doing Jari Love and Friedrich everyday than it may be too easy for you. Otherwise it's a winner and I found myself spontaneously smiling several times when I did the workout. A great workout! I give it an A. Kathy's other workout is a Kathy 's "Ultimate Scult (matrix method). Also an excellent workout. Not an much fun but more of a weight training program. It also has a really nice set and agreeable exercisers. The set reminds me of the set Cole uses in his tai chi workouts. I'm not quite as enthusiatic as I am about the first tape but I would give it a B+. I will be returning to it again and again. Basically I' m motivated by "fun" workouts - and I get out of bed in the morning a lot quicker and more agreeably when a fun tape is on my agenda. These two tapes are so much better that the last Kathy tapes I bought. Moving Through Menopause was a washout - and the belly dance tape see had very poor instruction - and I couldn't follow it at all. For a change of subject, I live in the Palm Desert-Palm Springs area of California where there are are still quite a few Indian Tribes. I went to a Pow Wow last weekend that was open to all (I'm not an Indian) and was able to witness their traditional dances as done in traditional Indian Ceremonial Dress. It was so beautiful And the Tiny Tots were so adorable. It occurred to me that aerobic dance came in many forms...I bought one of the Indian Drumming tapes on CD and plan to take out my mini-trampoline and workout to the Indian drums. Hope you are all well - Regards, Ricki Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...> wrote: Well that looks hard to me ! I enjoy your mish mosh workouts and seeing what you throw together! Cheers!
