Sorry about the multiple empty posts--I'm using a new mouse that is VERY

sensitive (poor thing.)

I think frying pan and skillet are about the same thing--perhaps a skillet looks

more like an omelet pan in that it has sloping sides. I've never seen a

non-nonstick le cresset skillet OR frying pan. Only dutch ovens and saucepans

(saucepans are deeper than frying pans or skillets). Does this make sense????

How old is your le creuset skillet?

p.s. i love that this list is all about details!
