The pictures in the link you sent looked like the enamel coated only the outside

of the skillet.

No , these folks are obviously not marketing genius'.

Their website stinks and for some reason they opted to change the

color of the enamel inside the pan to black. I have no idea why but

I have had several emails with le creuset corporate and they maintain

that the inside of the pan is in fact enamel.
