Guest guest
I apologize, I botched up the figures for palm oil before. Nevertheless, it still is enormously more cost-effective than wheat germ oil. The $45 TT buckets are actually 1 gallon, not 5. They therefore contain 8 pounds, not 40. So the revised figures are 1 cent per equivalent vitamin E in 1 WGO capsules if you buy TT, and 0.6 cents per capsule WGO if you buy from WFN, and 10 cents for a capsule of WGO. So WGO costs either 10 or 16.7 times as much, in terms of monetary cost to combined IU of vitmain E ratio, as palm oil. So while my figures were greatly exaggerated before (again, I apologize), it remains that if you want a natural source of vitamin E, and your concern is the vitamin E alone, someone who is on any sort of budget whatsoever would be better served with palm oil.
