Guest guest
Hi, I would like to know what and others think of this food: English Crumpet 1 crumpet has: 80 calories fat 0g cholesterol 0g sodium 310mg carbs 17g fiber less than 1g sugars 2g protein 3g I don't normally eat bread unless it is whole wheat or multi grain. I REALLY like these and would maybe like to use them as a snack with some turkey slices a few times a week. I usually only have one serving of bread or cereal a day. I don't eat pasta and rice. Mostly I eat multi grain english muffins in the morning along with whatever else I'm having for breakfast. My others meals for the day will include a green veggie and a sweet potato or a fruit. So I guess what I am asking is will I be shooting myself in the foot if I have a crumpet 2 or 3 times a week? The multi grain english muffins I eat have 1g of fat, but a lot more fiber per serving. Thanks for the input.
