>>>Hi Suze,

You said you take whey or milk for the glutathione precursors.

Do you mean sweet whey or whey protein?

If you take whey protein which one? Do you have a good source?

The best

---->marghe, i'm currently taking goatein from garden of life, and making my

own whey from raw milk kefir. i'm not planning on continuing with the

goatein, instead i'm planning on continuing with the raw milk kefir whey as

my only whey source (as per my ND's recommendation). i'm sure it's better

than any powdered whey! but if you do take a powdered whey product,

goatein's probably as good quality as you could find.
