One thing to keep in mind is that on the Wheel, keep your back tall and don't lean forward, as that can strain your lower back - same thing goes with the zig-zags (I nag my students about this all the time so I'm officially extending the nag to all of you here!)Elbow strikes, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
