I feel pretty good about last week's workouts. I'm using FIRM Basics

and BB Slim in 6 to do FIRMS January rotation adding the extra Slim in

6 workouts for additional intensity/results. Since Sn6 is only 6 weeks

I should get in to an overtraining rut
