Wed evening workout- Imax blasts

Hi,

Cathe's rotation calls for an interval run this week and I can't go outdoors and do an interval run so I did Imax, but did it a little different. I done the warm up and all 10 blasts, skipping all the step combo's. I did do all the recoveries in-between each blast. I got an excellent workout!!!

Doing the workout this way really made my HR really sore and the recoveries were very short and then right back into the next blast. This was the same as doing the blast mania in Imax 2, which I also love. I burned 368 calories and the workout was 45 minutes. I really enjoyed this one.
