I just joined yesterday and I have a few New Year's resolutions.Okay, Last year I said I would get to a certain weight, and I got about 5 lbs away, then I began to gain. I have about 12 lbs. to lose and I am going to post here with my workouts and progress. I will weigh in on Saturday morning.These are my goals:1. Drink more water2. exercise 5 to 6 times a week3. kitchen closes at 8 p.m.!!! 4. Eat healthy and low fat5. Take my vitaminsI will start my exercises today with Complete Body Sculpting by the Firm.
