Guest guest Posted January 24, 2007 Report Share Posted January 24, 2007 Today I did FitPrime Pump with Heidi Tanner. I liked the warm up with this one. It starts with a side bend then goes into an arm circle then an arm circle with a pulsing squat at the end of the arm circle move. I worked up a sweat with this one, a bit more than Lean, but then I upped my weights I used 8 lbs for lat rows, 1 set of leg presses, and single leg squats. I used 5 lbs for dips, biceps curl, and lunges. For shoulders I used 3 lbs. An 8 " step was used for the leg presses. All the lunges and dips were done using a dowel for balance. I could sure feel my thighs in this workout, I hope I have DOMS, I can already feel them a bit. I'm finding it's great to have a rotation so that you know what you're going to be doing for that day. I used to go through my workouts in my mind and think no don't want to do that one for whatever reason, then sometimes it would end up I wouldn't exercise at all.
