Guest guest
I read alot of conflicting information too, so I just decided to go with rice milk for our weaned toddler who is allergic to milk. He drinks it, I tried to get our two girls on it too- ages 6 and almost 5, but they were too used to milk (we only began trying to eat more healthy a year ago, I wish I could go back and not give them cows milk from the start, but our two youngest will only drink rice milk) so, that is what we did- in So. Guest guest
My gosh... ------>janice, the same goes for post menopausal women. read some of the articles on the link i posted and you'll have a much better idea what the issues are, what the research is showing, regardless of age, gender, etc. ~~~~Suze, I have just gone onto the web-site and read a few of the thing on there and bookmarked it so I can go back when I have more time and read it all. This is really valuabe information. And I will make sure that I alert the women I'm speaking to about this and refer them to the cite to do some of their own reading. Now I wonder why another nutritional therapist said, that in some cases, she found it benefical for women. She even suggests that some people use soy protein, for protein drinks. Obviously, she is not very informed or has not done her own reserach on the matter. The " women's story " on the cite was very eye opening. Thanks so much, Janice
