Guest guest Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 Metaboost was on the schedule today, it was a great workout with Heidi Tanner she always has a challenging workout. There were lots of leg presses, squats and dips. There was one exercise where you started in a static dip position and stayed crouched and dragged your back leg in. Ouch did that ever get my thighs! There were two sets of triceps push ups and I did both of them! I couldn't do all the triceps dips off the bench though and missed a few uneven push ups on the last set. I worked up a pretty good sweat with this one, it went at a fast pace, so you weren't in agony with any muscle group for too long. I messed up my HRM settings again, I don't know if I'm accidentally hitting the button while I workout, or if I am pushing it because I don't see the display soon enough and it goes back to the beginning screen. I'll have to watch that next time. I did see that my HR was up to about 123 during one of the more hard working phases. I'm so glad I worked out I slept in and didn't feel like working out at all, but it felt good to get a workout in.
