I may have a change of plans!! That rainbow move you mentioned is also included in the Power Walk workout. SOunds awesome!! Good going! Donna P.S. - based on my prior comments about the scale - I would probably be deadly w/ a HRM that measured calories, I'm sure I'd see I burned XXX calories and then feel the need to treat myself to that many calories in treats. I think I'm best without numbers! LOL!
