Guest guest Posted September 24, 2003 Report Share Posted September 24, 2003 Dear all, This is to ask for some advice: I am wondering on and off if I would be better without milk products - i tested as sensitive to them a few years ago, and have sometimes stopped eating them for long periods - but with bad results for my teeth. I am wondering how to both stay clear of the stuff and get enough calcium from my diet, especially as I loathe sardines. Are there non-milk drinkers on this list who can give advice? I've yet to try kefir and so would be interested to hear from anyone who finds they can tolerate that even if you don't get on with uncultured raw milk. Grazie, Kate who has been lurking for a while.
