Guest guest
Hi ! Who puts out Total Yoga? Is it worth getting?I know what you mean about upper body needing attention. With all the stuff we do on the step, kickboxing and even walking throughout the day, I feel my upper body is out of balance with my lower body strength. i bet your knees will enjoy your upper body focus!Cheers! Guest guest
Hi, This morning I got up and my legs were really sore, especially my quads. I wanted a yoga routine that had some nice leg stretches in it and not a lot of leg poses. I ended up doing Yoga For Happiness "Strong, Free & Happy" well, this really wasn't the best workout to do for sore legs. I wanted this one to have the magically hip section in it, but it had to be the one that didn't. Also, there is a lot of way out poses that I wasn't' even going to attempt to do, even if I could do them. Some of it I could do, but some of it was just crazy stuff. Well, unfortunately, though this is a really good yoga workout, I didn't feel as stretched out as I would've liked to. I just bought Baron Baptiste Core Power and his next challenge Level 2. Core Power is under 30 minutes so I'm going to save that one for a day when I don't have a lot of time. I'm off to the grocery store before our blizzard comes in .. I hope you all have good days today

We are bracing for it as well although the weather people can't make up their minds on how much we are getting. I hear anywhere from 2 inches to 2 feet. I did all my shopping this weekend just in case. I might need to get a bit more milk, but that's it. that's how our weather guys are doing. They first said 6-10 inches, now they are saying 12-15 and added on ice too. I went to the grocery store this morning and waited 45 minutes at the checkout line. *~**~*

The weather guys have said so many different things, we're not sure what we're getting. I just know that I drove my new GTO for the last time today lol Now I'll just walk past it in the garage for probably a week. *~**~*

Guest guest
Where are you guys located? We're hearing 4-10" on Wednesday I think (and 1-2" today). I'm in southeast lower Michigan (but close to the middle of the state so away from the lake effects stuff). Re: Monday morning yoga In a message dated 2/12/2007 9:30:21 A.M. Guest guest
I went to Shoprite yesterday and it was very busy too. Fortunately I didn't need much since I had done a Walmart run and hit a different grocery store the day before. I love my coupons and I try to get the best deals by hitting several different stores. Probably a waste of time but I love a great deal! --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you?
