Guest guest Posted November 23, 2005 Report Share Posted November 23, 2005 I've noticed that there's no " inbetween " weights that allow me to move up incrementally on machines, dumbells and barbells. For example, I can do the 25lb dumbell for 8X, but moving to the 30lb crushes me. I can barely do 3X on it. Should I just stick with the 25lb and do it for 6X? Same thing on machines.
