At least he doesn't have accidents in the house. Today was Cathe's Timesaver workout #5 which emphases the lower half of the body. She really works the legs, glutes and abs really well in 45 minutes. Guest guest Posted July 5, 2007 Report Share Posted July 5, 2007 oh man its been ages since i pulled this one out. a nice workout indeed except i dread the lunge track. maybe now that i am alittle stronger at lunges i should give it another round. i am trying to push myself through the virgin pile first before going back to the oldies like this. sure it doesn't have all those leg presses but she has plenty of low ends doesnt she?!
