Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 Hi, Cathe's rotation called for Step Blast today, but I just wasn't in the mood for that one. I decided to go with Cathe's Low Impact Cardio. I did the premix "Cardio Blast". I think I figured out why I got so burnt out with these new workouts so fast.... the combos are so repetitive. She goes over and over and OVER them. I got so bored doing the same moves that I found myself messing up because my mind was wondering. The combos are excellent, don't get me wrong, and a beginner trying to learn her stuff ,they would be great for, but its just too many repeats for me. It's a shame too because the combos are really so much fun, if she would just move on instead of going over them 50 times.
