Thursday evening workout- Low Impact Cardio Premix

Hi,

Cathe's rotation called for Step Blast today, but I just wasn't in the mood for that one. I decided to go with Cathe's Low Impact Cardio. I did the premix "Cardio Blast". I think I figured out why I got so burnt out with these new workouts so fast.... the combos are so repetitive. She goes over and over and OVER them. I got so bored doing the same moves that I found myself messing up because my mind was wondering. The combos are excellent, don't get me wrong, and a beginner trying to learn her stuff ,they would be great for, but its just too many repeats for me. It's a shame too because the combos are really so much fun, if she would just move on instead of going over them 50 times.

I did burn 363 calories and was in my zone 42 minutes of the 50 minute workout

eww, that is too bad michelle :( i get like that when i do

beginner workouts and it is a bummer to feel bored during a workout.
