I don't have any clear cut answers for you, but your diet and health status

sound similar to mine. The main thing that I have focused on recently is

significantly increasing the amount of raw fat I consume, and the amount of

protein

in my overall diet. As long as my meal has substantial fat and protein I feel

good, but if there is too much carbohydrate, ie. milk, bread, etc. then I feel

as you say " spacey " .

When you say that you have butter on your bread, how much do you mean? I put

about 1 1/2 T. of butter on a very small piece of bread with my bacon and

eggs. I also use raw cream throughout the day in 1 T. doses to stave off the

blood

sugar drop. Do you have access to raw cream? If so, try that and see how you

feel.
