Thanks ! I am thinking the same thing. I have all these dance

workouts I've never done, but I like to dance and want to do more. I

need to lose weight right now and while lifting weights is important,

for now I want to get my cardio base back up to where it was and I want

to MOVE. I want to do this workout again next week, along with many

other virgin dance workouts.

Who knows? Someday it might even help make me a better dancer.
