it's time again for a weekly workout recap! i had a good week but

had to take an extra rest day because i was tired. i know that i

did not get enough sleep this week. im planning on going to bed

earlier next week (1130pm instead of midnight or beyond, so that i

get 7.5 hours). i still ended up doing pretty good on total cal

burn though.

i actually lost 1.5 pounds last week, but ended up gaining .5 pd

back this week. oh well! im still down a pound so far this month.

total mins: 290 = 4.8 hours

weight = up .5 ... 1 pound lost this month
