Guest guest Posted January 20, 2007 Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 it's time again for a weekly workout recap! i had a good week but had to take an extra rest day because i was tired. i know that i did not get enough sleep this week. im planning on going to bed earlier next week (1130pm instead of midnight or beyond, so that i get 7.5 hours). i still ended up doing pretty good on total cal burn though. i actually lost 1.5 pounds last week, but ended up gaining .5 pd back this week. oh well! im still down a pound so far this month. # of workout days: 4 total mins: 290 = 4.8 hours calorie burn: 1700 weight = up .5 ... 1 pound lost this month cardio workouts on elliptical: 2 floor cardio: 0 sculpt upper: 1 sculpt lower: 2 sculpt abs: 1 sculpt full body (mixed): 0 sculpt w/stability ball: 0 cardio+sculpt: 1 yoga: 1 stretch:1 sick: 0 rest: 3 active recovery: 0 total of 16 workout days out of yearly goal of 260 :*carolyn.
