Well, I've been taking PD in powder form for at least a couple of weeks

now. I'm still only up to two scoops a day, along with an accompanying

FYI (For Your Inflammation). I definitely feel a difference. I feel

more energy, which is hard to notice in the middle of this rotten,

rotten cold I've got, but I can feel it underlying all the gunk. So far

it's been a Good Thing and I intend to continue on it, even as

expensive as it is.

In general, my health has done nothing but improve since I started

eating sorta-NT. I can't get raw dairy in Oregon and I can rarely

afford grass-fed beef (I'm working on that), but I've cut down my grain

consumption substantially and I make sure I get regular amounts of

home-fermented foods including kimchi and kombucha. I have low sugar

tolerance that may or may not change, but pain is a great motivator to

stay away from it. I think I've lost weight judging by my clothes (I

don't own a scale), my hair is fantastic and so is my skin. And I feel

hopeful for the first time in a couple of years or more.

Thanks to everyone here who has helped me. This is a fantastic list.

Lynn

Lynn, are you sure you can't get raw dairy in Oregon? Even in states

where it is illegal there usually is a way to procure it.

I haven't found it yet. Raw goat milk is legal but is sky high, plus,

well, it's goat milk. :) I love goat cheese, though! Any one in Oregon

(Portland area) who can clue me, clue me. :)

Lynn,

I've been taking PD for many months now. I take 4 scoops a day (or 9

caplets when I'm taking the caplets) religiously, and I've had slow

and steady improvement all over as well. I started taking it for my

digestion and it has improved dramatically. I do a lot of things for

my health and I have to say I really feel that the PD is the most

important thing I do along with excercise. I feel the most

difference from those two things. I just wanted to say congrats of

feeling better. Feeling hopeful is such a wonderful thing :)
