Guest guest
I wonder if all rice cakes are bad? I was looking at Lundberg Buttery Carmel Rice Cakes. Here's what some of the info on them says: Milled at the farm and then popped, these rice cakes.... If something is popped does that make it toxic? Like home popped popcorn? I suppose these still could be extruded into the cake shape after they are popped. Anyone know much about this? Michele in WA that > > Really? I had no idea they were so bad for you!
