High fat without high carb?

I wonder if all rice cakes are bad? I was looking at Lundberg

Buttery Carmel Rice Cakes. Here's what some of the info on them

says: Milled at the farm and then popped, these rice cakes....

If something is popped does that make it toxic? Like home popped

popcorn? I suppose these still could be extruded into the cake

shape after they are popped. Anyone know much about this?
