I have been lurking for a few weeks, after finding the Price site and have been thoroughly converted by this wisdom and common sense offered there. I must also say that the conversations here also are very informative and helpful. I have changed diet to high fat, (before hardly any saturated) and Grain free. I must agree with the current debate about hunger switches and never feeling satisfied on grains. It also reminds me of a cat food that she couldn't get enough of and I suspected the worst. I am very interested in making Kefir, I have found a supplier of raw goats milk (here in France) and am now looking to get some Kefir grains. I contacted two people from the kefir grain network if France and sent them some goodies but jet nothing, if anyone might know of a reliable source here in France id be most grateful. One more thing, I am very keen to start to ferment some foods to make Kvass and Kombucha, and Sauerkraut. However, I am still a little unsure about all this process and wondered if anyone might know of a site with a clear explanation for me.
