I've tried a couple of supplements - coral seems to work best for me: but eating anything in a capsule leaves you rather at the mercy of the manufacturer. I think I'll just go look for a juniper bush and then make a bonfire :-) For people who can tolerate it, raw sheep's milk is completely gorgeous. It's nicer than ice-cream!>> ----- we had some sheep's milk ICE CREAM !!! in the south-west of France this summer.... they had many flavours including chestnuts, wild berries, violet [yes the flower] nougat and more! it was amongst the best ice creams I've ever had... has anyone her ever tried to make ice cream from sheep's milk?
