Hi , I got both your posts directly in my inbox. I replied

but it came back as delivery failure. Don't know what happened

there. I tried the brown rice/liver recipe in NT but it was way too

livery for me! I'm going to try the flour-coated fried recipe with

caramelised onions. Sounds edible!

I'm in Australia but I'll check out the products you mentioned.

Thanks for the feeback. I've heard others say good things about

Primal defense.

I replied to this message earlier, but for some reason it didn't

post. I'm guessing if you were a veg. and are turned off by a lot

of

meat, that it's the consistency and texture of liver that you don't

like. It kind of grosses me out, too. I'm planning to try the

soaked brown rice with liver recipe in NT, because it sounds like

the grated frozen liver would add the nice flavor of liver without

the off-putting texture. Plus the animal fat would make the rice

easier to digest. I bet this would be a good way to get kids to eat

liver without them knowing it.

And what do you

> think is the best way to help poor digestion?

The best thing I ever did for my digestion was take Garden of Life

Supplements, esp. Primal Defense. I did (and still do in part) the

whole protocol from Patient Heal Thyself. I think for the first

time

in my life I'm actually absorbing adequate nutrients from my

food.

I tried lots of things before this, and none of them ever worked

that well. It's expensive, but so worth it.

Good Luck, and hope this posts this time!
