Wow! That snow must be something! Around 10 of our offices in the East were closed today due to inclement weather!Enjoy your time alone, Happy to hear you used lighter weights to give your hard working body a little break! He called me when he got there and said that he's lucky he made it and that he thought about turning back, but had already made it too far. He said there would be smooth road and then all of a sudden you'd see 3 foot snow drifts. He said when he pulled out of our addition it was one lane and there was no way a vehicle that wasn't four wheel drive would ever make it down that road. I told him he is probably stuck there. He said oh well, he'd just work round the clock and make lots of money lol His mother called like 3 times (once during my workout) going on and on about how DH shouldn't be going to work and that there's a snow emergency. Like we don't know this? ewww. Mother in laws!!! So on to my workout. Tonight I

did Power Hour. I took it real easy on my legs and used lighter weights. They didn't hurt like I thought they would. I like these endurance type workouts, but not as much as I use to. I enjoy working lower and upper body separate and I enjoy doing one or two upper body parts per workout. I got a nice burn, but there won't be any DOMS from it. Have a nice night!!!! *~**~*
