I didn't say that; I said I don't think there's anything " magic " about the

ratio. So yes, I'd take them together, but if you increase your CLO and keep

the BO constant I don't see why it would hurt.

Yes, lol, I think that's going overboard. Trust me, the butter oil will stay

in your blood stream for longer than three seconds.
