Guest guest
Thanks for the review Carolyn. I bought all of the DVDs in this set and was not too enamored after previewing them, and I'm a Gilad fan. I'll probably do them in a few months (yes months ), if I don't like them they are going on half.comVennittaOn 1/16/07, Festival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote: this morning i did gilad's 'power & grace'. this is an intermediate/advanced workout... so, overall it is at the intermediate level, but with some advanced elements. for example, gilad adds isometric holds to curtsy lunges which really burned and i found challenging....so my legs were fatigued when he then added holds to forward lunges. the 3rd advanced element was holding a squat and doing plyometric jumps at the end. ouch!! i did miss a few reps when the burn was too much (need to work on my stamina, but this is one area that this workout will address), but i did not find the workout to be as hard as i thought it would be when i previewed. also, while gilad does not use weights, one could certainly do so, if they wished to make the workout harder. my quads are fatigued and also my buns are feeling the work. 56 mins, 317 cals burned. :*carolyn. _
