Sorry to hear the purple didn't take! I was thinking about doing fuchsia to my hair too but probably more streaks or just an undertone (I'm a little shy about very OBVIOUS changes like making my entire head fuchsia, I've only dyed it once and then you couldn't even see the color except in the right light). I'm waiting for my stylist to come back from maternity leave (she just had identical twins) because there's no way I have the guts to try it on my own! Thanks for the pic !

, biceps are always tough for me too! I usuallly start with 10-12 lbs, but in some of Cathe's workouts, such as Muscle Endurance I think it is, the biceps just kill me and I wind up going down to 8 lbs.I never seem to go up in shoulders - that is my weak area for sure!The purple dye never took :( so I'm back to being a sassy redhead!I have attached a pic from when my hair was fuschia last September though!Hope everyone has a great weekend! I was swamped at work yesterday and am just now catching up on email!
